I'm still not sure which route I'd like to go with my Cowboy as far as stylized or realistic textures etc. so for right now, I applied base colors to my characters to fit his color scheme from the original concept photo. I was learning to use the Spotlight texturing for his face on Thursday, and thought that was pretty dope. Still tweaking certain things, but I will be exporting maps out of ZBrush. I might consider re-baking certain maps out of Substance Painter (I'm familiar with the program). I think that maybe I can dabble more in Mari over the break since we have a deadline next week.
SHOULD I GO FOR STYLIZED OR REAL?
AND HERE HOW IT LOOKED BEFORE WITH THE "SPOTLIGHT" TEXTURE FOR REALISM.
For my test-run, I exported all 4K maps and mesh, with a total of 108 minutes tops.
ZBRUSH IS FINALLY READING MY MAPS!
